Submit your CV in English, and we’ll get back to you!We invite a skilled and proactive Database Engineer with a strong technical background to join our team and contribute to the development of our payroll platform that automates business processes for thousands of customers globally. Your responsibilities will include working with and enhancing the existing database architecture of the system and facilitating the migration of a local Oracle DB to Oracle Cloud.

- 4+ years’ experience as a Database Engineer, including experience with Oracle DB
- Knowledge of and hands-on experience with Azure-driven databases (Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, etc.)
- Experience developing database objects, such as stored procedures, using PL/SQL
- Experience with one or several cloud providers (Oracle Cloud is preferred)
- Strong ability to communicate and effectively present ideas
- Effective self-organization and time-management skills
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Database migration experience
For this role, we need a proactive, autonomous, and highly organized contributor who will use their skills and expertise to help us ensure the stability and efficiency of our system, impacting the experience of 50K+ users across various domains.
- Conduct in-depth analysis, documentation, and evaluation of the existing database architecture
- Contribute to architectural reorganization tasks, addressing stability issues and enhancing the quality of overall architecture
- Spearhead the migration of data to the Oracle DB
- Facilitate the team’s efforts aimed at migrating a local Oracle DB to Oracle Cloud
- Work with various business stakeholders to understand their database-related needs and implement effective solutions
- Present ideas with clarity and precision; leverage your technical background to contribute meaningfully to architectural discussions
- Make sure that database architecture and changes are well-documented
