Senior Marketing Technology Specialist
We have an opportunity for a Senior Marketing Technology Specialist to join us at Honeywell in BUCHAREST, RO. This role represents an internal consultant to marketing leaders who leverage technology to address their objectives and priorities and establish a Marketing Technology roadmap that ensures alignment of marketing & sales technology enhancement.
Ensure the appropriate activities are executed to deliver a higher marketing ROMI. You will document all the established process, providing training to the users: all marketing teams and sales. You will partner with IT and digital to integrate and enhance reporting, while working close to the business for clear requirements understanding.
The scope includes to analyze marketing technical capabilities and to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization. This role is tactically focused on assuring the uniformity and quality of data records used within the Marketing Technology stack across Honeywell. This role is part of Corporate Global Marketing Operations & Analytics organization, covering multiple business enterprises. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key requirements:
- Lead Marketing Technology strategy and implementation, optimization;
- Contributes with initiatives to the development of Marketing Technology portfolio, being part of the selection, implementation, integration, maintenance and adoption of technology;
- Leads the documentation of the marketing systems architecture, the assessment of marketing systems and the development of a strategic technology roadmap;
- Enable digital marketing, a strong demand generation process and marketing automation campaign excellence and optimization across the business;
- Establishes a set of metrics and targets for process performance that are aligned with the organization’s strategy and reflect the value that the customer(s) of the process expect;
- Work close with Customer Marketing, IT, Sales and Lead Management to improve continuously the quality and measurement for a solid Lead to Revenue Process;
- Conduct gaps analysis to determine the status and quality of existing processes and workflows;
Key skills and qualifications:
- 3 – 4 years’ years of Marketing Technology experience in an operations or digital marketing role;
- IT project management experience, including the rollout of related applications (e.g. Marketing Automation Platform, Sales Force Automation) to sales and marketing audiences, is desirable;
- Deep understanding of Marketing Technology (e.g. MAP, DemandBase, SFDC, Outreach, Project management tools etc.) and digital marketing overall;
- Process measurement analysis and delivery, including data from the marketing automation platform (MAP), CRM system, Web analytics and finance systems to drive root cause analysis and data-driven improvement recommendations;
- Experience with sales- and marketing-specific process creation and evolution such as lead management, planning, campaign implementation, content operations and data management.
