THE ROLE:
Senior Payroll Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and own the accurate and timely processing of the monthly end to end payroll according to the defined standards and client requirements
Produce and understand standard and client specific payroll reports including statutory Poland HR & Payroll reporting
Maintains current knowledge of legislation requirements; system updates, changes and overall payroll procedures while managing the payroll legislation road map
Understand standard and client specific payroll reports including statutory year end reporting needs as required by the customer contract and scope of service
Support and manage system maintenance testing
Support technical issue coordination and resolution
Handle all types of questions that might occur within the overall payroll process. When necessary, discuss the matter with the employee and/or all internal and external stakeholders
Ensure all matters related to payroll are handled completely, effectively, timely and according to our code of conduct
Participate and champion innovation activities to drive continuous improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
Professional experience in Payroll processing (at least 4years)
Advanced Excel skills
Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Verbal aand written English communication skills (at least B1 level)
SAP experience is an advantage
