We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our HBT team based at a landmark project in Frankston.   You will be responsible for preparing, planning, executing and controlling all aspects of the project either directly or through delegation with the project team. Successful delivery requires monitoring and controlling financials, works schedule, resources (including subcontractors) as well as managing the project stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for but not limited to the overall design, integration, and interfacing of the BMS, security, facility messaging, mobile duress head end, cutover of existing security systems, and any other services required under Honeywell contract works to handover a functional system within the scope of the Honeywell contract documents
• Maintain overall responsibility for the delivery of complex projects to the required quality, schedule and budget
• Build positive relationships and work with all internal and external stakeholders to manage the Honeywell contract deliverables for integration and interfacing
• Provide regular status reports to the project director, contracts administrator, and senior managers
• Drive and propose new variations and ensure that all requisite actions are made to ensure that any extension of time claims are made in a timely manner such that effective EOT claims can be made and substantiated

Experience & Capabilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• 5-10 years experience interfacing and integration management
• 10 years’ experience in project management including budget ownership/management, resource allocation, scheduling, forecasting and planning preferably on projects in excess of $10M
• Tier 1 controls experience
• Comprehensive understanding of BMS/HVAC principles and design knowledge
