Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Senior Sales Rep Hunter role located in São Paulo, SP. The Senior Sales Rep Hunter will be responsible for generating new business leads, networking with potential clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, developing proposals, and managing accounts. The Senior Sales Rep Hunter will work with both the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies, and will report to the Sales Manager.
QualificationsProven experience in B2B sales and business developmentExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsDemonstrated ability to generate new business leads and close dealsStrong customer service and relationship management skillsUnderstanding of sales performance metrics and reportingExperience in the advertising or digital marketing industry with at least 5+ years experience (this will be tested through a role play and referrals)Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in EnglishBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
OTE (On Target Earnings)BRL 350K+ per year, being BRL 10K base salary + 5% commission + annual bonus and regular sales incentives campaigns
