As Senior Architect, you will joinTax and Accountings centralized architecture team as a leader whois focused on both solution architecture, as well as leading adynamic team of architects to deliver first class consultationacross our portfolio.
You will work with a large number ofstakeholders, from Product leaders, business partners to centraloperations and architecture.
Our ideal partner will demonstrate adeep technical knowledge and have experience in solutionarchitecture within the cloud, as well as having a proven trackrecord of managing senior technologist to success.
About the RoleAs Senior Architect, you will : - Manage a team of architects,coaching, mentoring and ensuring their continued success -Participate in solution architecture and strategy at both high andgranular levels of the engineering process - Contribute and leadbusiness unit organizational standards and governance - Providestrategic and technical architectural guidance to seniormanagement, business technology project teams and functionalorganizations.
- Guides teams in defining the future state ofend-to-end architectures, platforms, products, tools, and solutionsto advance capabilities in the business.
- Participate in ourTechnology Standards & Governance committee to influence andensure the appropriate levels of governance are in place.
- Contributes to and influences the technical strategies associatedwith a potential acquisition or divestiture About You You’re a fitfor the role of a Senior Architect if your background includes : - Aminimum of 10+ years of progressive technology leadershipexperience implementing a myriad of architecture patterns such asSOA, microservices, cloud modernization, infrastructure and DevOps- Experience in leading a team of technologies, both as a peoplemanager, coach and mentor.
- Ability to produce clear, concise,relevant, and accurate recommendations based on informationgathered from a variety of stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Comfortable at all levels of an organization with the ability tocommunicate clearly. - A deep and fundamental technology heritagethat will gain the respect of the top technologists within TR andacross the broader industry.
