All management speaks English, so English is essential for most vacancies. We are looking for professionals who have experience in Software Sales (SaaS) and implementation/integration projects. Responsibilities - Develop and implement sales strategy to attract large sophisticated clients. - Build a small team of SDRs, ensuring their effectiveness and achievement of shared goals. - Identify and analyze potential clients, including networking and establishing business contacts. - Conduct negotiations with key stakeholders and business owners. - Gather clients requirements and tracking onboarding and implementation projects. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. - Evaluate market competition and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities. - Build a small team of SDRs, ensuring their effectiveness and achievement of shared goals. Qualifications - Experience in B2B sales, only in the technology or IT sector. - Proven success in closing large deals and attracting major clients. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to think strategically and analytically. - Ambitions to grow in team management. - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or technology.
