Job purpose:
Avanti Brazil has a great opportunity for a position as Service Coordinator bilingual. The role involves ensuring the management of field teams' services in order to garatee customer satisfaction. Our field teams is a group of well trained service technicians and your main goal is meet deadlines, safety and quality standards to ensure what has been sold and produced is delivered on time.
Avanti is part of the Alimak Group, a world leading specialist in vertical solutions. Our Service Coordinator will be working in the Wind Division Brazil that has an operation based in Eusébio/Ceará with National and South America covery.
Profile & Attributes:
The successful candidate has an engineering degree in mechanical and previous experience in positions/roles within machinery industries and/or technical assistance services for high-value equipment. The ability to manage and lead operational/technical teams is a must.
Key tasks:
Assembling field service and activity teams to esure time and propper mobilization of teams and service deadlines.Monitoring team productivity.Providing necessary resources for teams activities such as tools, vehicles, transportation, documents and others in wind parks.Tracking project billing and contractual schedules and ensuring efficient resource utilization.Providing necessary allowances to field technicians following internal guidelines and policies.Managing and overseeing sector invoices, including car rentals, fuel service providers, travel agencies, Uber, and general travel expenses.Daily monitoring of project and wind turbine activities.Tracking downtime and maintenance performed each day.Monitoring the use of parts in each project (Avanti or Client).Performing daily measurements of activities for billing purposes, ensuring client approval.Addressing and resolving customers non conformities at the wind parks.Keeping projects updated in the system.Safeguarding billing data and balances.

As a member of a global company with high-standards and customers, you need to be able to:Communicate very well both in English and Spanish;Act as a team player to deliver good results;Train and mentor technicians teams;Understand of contracts and commercial area, focused on results, quality and excellence in service;Be customer-oriented, have a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn;Travel plus drive with certain frequency and flexible hours to supervise service teams on field providing local follow up of our businesses;Work with IT literacy – Microsoft Office/Excel and ERP system;
