Your new role


The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of Social Media strategies that align with overall Marketing goals, this would involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all marketing channels. This role also manages a team of Social Media Analysts. It provides guidance, support, and feedback to help them achieve our goals, create engaging and appealing content tailored to specific platforms and audiences, and ensure the consistency of our Social Media content with the overall brand massaging and tone. It’ 's also necessary to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm changes, and adjust content strategies accordingly. The Social Media Manager is highly analytical, uses data to inform decision-making, and optimizes Social Media campaigns to achieve the best results; also, this role not only manages Social Media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and creative development but also maintains relationships with influencers/creators to expand the reach of Social Media campaigns.

Your role accountabilities

  • Develop and oversee Social Media strategies that align with their overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Social Media channels, including content creation, community management, and monitoring of Social Media analytics.
  • Work closely with the team to develop visually appealing and engaging Social Media content that is tailored to specific platforms and audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with Social Media trends and algorithm changes, and adjust content strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all marketing channels
  • Work closely with the Social Media analysts to analyze Social Media performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and partners to expand the reach of Social Media campaigns.
  • Manage Social Media advertising campaigns (including budget allocation, and creative development) to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Led a team of Social Media analyst, providing guidance, support, and feedback to help them achieve their goals.
  • Oversee live events coverages.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Fluency in English
  • Solid experience in Social Media management, with a focus on entertainment companies or agencies
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt tone and voice for different platforms and audiences
  • Proficiency with Social Media management tools (such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Emplifi, or Buffer) and analytics platforms
  • Experience creating and managing Social Media advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret Social Media data to inform decision-making
  • Knowledge of Social Media best practices and emerging trends
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience presenting insights at all levels of an organization
  • Proficient in Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Excel
