Be part of Honeywell Connected Enterprise while providing on-site cyber security, Network and OT services associated with industrial Process Control Networks for Honeywell customers. In this role you would be able to provide remote and on-site service in network designs, troubleshooting, implementations, assessments and related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assigned projects ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and according customer satisfaction
- Remain updated about the HPS networking and wireless product/systems portfolio and while maintaining technical expertise on designated network disciplines
- Obtain new and maintain existing cyber security certifications
- Keep updated about Industrial Security Standards such as such as IEC-62443, ISO 27000, etc.
- Build trust relationships with internal and external customers by providing accurate and efficient technical and engineering support
- Respond to customer inquires, questions and issues by diagnosing problems on timely and technically accurate manner
- Be aware of industrial safety as to complete pertinent safety certifications.
- Be a lead engineer for junior co-workers during project execution
You must have
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field such as Computer Science, Computer Systems, Telecommunications,
Process Control, Electronics or in lieu of degree - 8+ years in industrial automation, networking, or systems engineering
- 5+ years working with networks, IT or OT Security
- Experience leading projects
- Willingness to get certified in CISCO Certified Network/Design/Security Professional within a year.
- Capacity to conduct projects autonomously with little supervision as to report to a regional team
- Ability to write and read in English
- Great ability to relate with customers and communicate efficiently
- Detail Orientednes
- Job is based in Peru, Talara. Candidate must be living in Talara or able to relocate in there.
- Availability to travel to Esmeraldas, Ecuador (40% of time)
