We have an opportunity for a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist role to join the Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) team within Industrial Automation (IA).

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Develop scalable content across regional and global customer marketing activities that maximize return on marketing investment (ROMI).
  • Create strategies to support the implementation of digital and event-based customer marketing activities including campaign concepts, the customer decision journey (CDJ), best practices and pipeline generation.
  • Analyze our competitive landscape, business priorities and customer insights to develop strategic marketing plans.
  • Understand customer needs to develop messaging and content that will encourage prospects down the marketing funnel.
  • Develop NPI plans in accordance with launch requirements.
  • Plan and execute experiential programs at both internal and trade events, including event promotion, booth experiences, and post-event communications.
  • Build enablement materials to help our sales teams drive revenue across the business.
  • Partner with business leads, offering management, sales excellence and external agencies to implement integrated programs surrounding key solutions, products and services.
  • Drive the transformation to a digital-first marketing approach with a key emphasis on web, marketing automation, digital content marketing and demand generation.
  • Utilize data to support overall marketing strategies including ROI, campaign effectiveness, marketing channel optimization and customer insight mining.
  • Leverage data and analysis to assess the impact and performance of marketing tactics and conduct A/B testing to identify best practices.

MUST HAVE:

  • Minimum of five years working experience with customer marketing programs in B2B.   
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong English skills (written and verbal).
