We currently have an opening for a SEO Senior Specialist at Honeywell, in Romania Bucharest. We are seeking an experienced SEO professional to oversee all search engine optimization efforts. The chosen candidate will be tasked with managing various SEO activities including content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to improve visibility of Honeywell websites on major search engines. The main objective of this position is to utilize technical SEO expertise, analytical skills and strategic planning to enhance user experience and drive significant growth in lead generation.
This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key Requirements
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers, their needs, and how our website can meet those needs
• Driving lead generation through creating best-in-class user experiences on commercial websites.
• Prioritizing onsite optimization and conversion to lead.
• Providing analysis of website performance to the Digital Marketing stakeholders and recommendations for improvements.
• Managing and delivering onsite optimization and technical fixes.
• Focus on SEO and improving technical, UX and CRO initiatives.
• Technical partner to the Digital Marketing Web team.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of SEO hands-on experience with at least 2 years of experience in a B2B role (e.g. delivering presentations to stakeholders, conducting in-depth competitor analysis and market research).
• Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels, demonstrating deep subject matter expertise balanced with pragmatic understanding of business need/priorities.
• Data literate and good numeracy skills – demonstrated by the ability to report on performance in an accurate and accessible way.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing teams as the key focal point who defines the technical and on-page aspects of SEO.
• Comfortable working with very large amounts of data, collation of data and driving insight from it.
• Find patterns in keyword and URLs datasets to understand what users are looking on search engines.
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Looker Studio, Screaming Frog, Pandas(Python)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Python development and constraints.
• Set, measure, and monitor the meaningful metrics other than vanity metrics (Page Views, Bounce Rate etc.).
• Implementing strategies that leverage customer segmentation and recommendation systems to tailor the user experience.
