ADP is hiring a Senior Director – Alliances. In this position you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing new distribution partners. These partners are within the M&A and Deal Advisory, HCM Consulting (Tier 2) and Brokerage communities. Responsible for strategic partner development through the full partnership life cycle including identification of accounts to pursue, negotiation, relationship, development, technical enablement, business planning, sales enablement and growth of both existing and new partnerships. Working collaboratively with Global Enterprise Account Sales (GES) to identify, educate, profile, build relationships with aforementioned markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify, profile, research and develop new alliance partners and expand existing partner program and direct distribution channels to improve Deal Advisory, HCM Consulting and Brokerage relationships

Works closely and creates cadences to consistently communicate with Sales leadership to provide a comprehensive and unified partner approach to the market. Responsible for development and implementation of go to market strategies for new channel partners, and the continuous improvement and further development of existing large partners. 

Strong executive presence, large account experience, strong communication skills and fundamental knowledge of both HCM and the Brokerage markets, challenges and opportunities desired. Similar experiences or transferable experiences considered. Lead generation through relationship building and executing go-to market campaigns, Webinars, event/conference collaboration, and social awareness/involvement. Leads the development of any implementation, integration, and marketing communications. Performs other duties as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
10 years’ experience in sales or marketing and business development. Extensive experience in building strategic alliances and partner programs in a business-to-business environment. 

BS Degree in business, sales, or marketing.

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Advanced degree in business management or marketing desirable. Negotiating – Helps convince target organizations to partner with ADP. Negotiates deal terms. Leadership – Leads internal due diligence efforts.
  • Strong emphasis on matrix management/leadership skills. Strategic Planning – Develops and prioritizes target markets and organizations.
  • Creative Problem Solving – Finds win-win opportunities for ADP and potential partners. Analysis & solution development- Develops persuasive business cases. Channel conflict resolution Project Management – Manages several complex projects to successful completion. Communication & presentation – Has strong written, oral and presentation skills.
  • Collaboration/Teamwork – Works effectively with others, both internally and externally to achieve goals. Initiative – Proactively seeks out new revenue opportunities.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $85,700.00 – $185,300.00 / Year
