Provide payroll support to ensure employees get paid on time, every time by verifying data accuracy and meeting compliance. You will apply your creativity and problem solving techniques to resolve critical employee issues. You will utilize your payroll functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with Honeywell business objectives.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Completed Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with end-to-end payroll processes
- Knowledge of Brazilian payroll legislation
- Advanced English (Spanish is a plus)
WE VALUE
- Some payroll experience, or similar relevant experience
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local payroll policies and procedures
- Ability to perform all payroll related activities at a high level, with minimal or no supervision required
- Ability to connect experiences, observations, and other pieces of information to see patterns and draw conclusions not readily apparent to others
- Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision. Takes the initiative to get things done before being asked by others or being forced to by events
- Analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts and make recommendations to leaders as appropriate
