Responsibilities · Spearhead business development initiatives that is consistent with the company’s overall strategy; · Leads and manage multiple client relationships, serving as the primary and high level contact to articulate our company view on strategy and business philosophies; · Sells in new project ideas to client that aligns with their business, customer and brand goals; · Sales forecast report and preparation of annual budgets; · Impact the profitability of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical management decision and new business development results; · Be the driving force in the development of the work ethic, culture and values of the sales and business development group. Through personal example, establish the style and approach which will characterize the company’s dealings with marketplace.
