Start your career as a Learning & Development intern at Vopak, world's largest independent tank storage service provider. The department Global Financial Systems & Digitalization is looking for an enthusiastic colleague who would like to contribute to the execution of the learning and development strategy for the Finance and Procurement department.
What will you do as a Learning & Development Intern?
Together with the Change & Learning Manager you will professionalize the Finance & Procurement Learning Academy. The learning documentation that you create and maintain is used by our Finance and Procurement colleagues at all Vopak locations around the world. You will get the opportunity to think about the learning strategy and thus make learning even more fun for our colleagues. With your help, we ensure that our colleagues can carry out their daily work as independently as possible.
Requirements:
You are a Bachelor student
You are currently enrolled in Dutch university and remain enrolled till the end of your internship period
You are living in the Netherlands
You are available for 6 months, as from May/June 2024
You are proactive, hands-on and have affinity with “Learning” (teaching others)
You are communicative and not afraid to give your opinion
You have strong verbal and written English communications skills

An internship allowance of 500 euros per month for HBO students, and 600 euros per month for WO students based on a 40-hour work week.
Your role as a Learning & Development intern
Assisting the Change & Learning manager in improving the learning strategy for Finance and Procurement.
Creation of new E-Learnings on behalf of several departments within the Finance and Procurement organization.
Development of a revision management document for all available learning documentation.
Maintaining and updating available learning documentation.
