Alight is looking for a Supplier Relationship Executive. In this role you will be responsible for;
For assigned suppliers:
Act as the contractual point of contact between the company and suppliers, including executive and account leadership where required; manage the overall Supplier Relationship, including the goals and objectives of the business
Lead supplier governance routines, as defined by Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management policies and supplier tiering
Ensure all documentation is accurate and maintained within the assigned data tools
For renewal or new business needs:
Pro-actively prepare to renew / re-source agreements with expiring term dates
Construct financial and qualitative models to provide fact-based assessments of suppliers’ abilities to meet / exceed Alight’s needs at competitive price points
Lead Internal teams through the strategic sourcing process transactions
Lead in sourcing selection, following Alight’s processes and controls
Draft and negotiate contracts, in partnership with Legal, Finance and Business partners
Review/approve purchase order agreements for the required goods / services
Ensure Alight’s business strategies drive renewal and/or sourcing efforts, optimizing supplier base and financial targets
Work with Alight business leaders to understand requirements and business outcomes to effectively negotiate deals that meet those needs
Lead governance process for tier 1 and 2 suppliers
Complete assigned special projects, meeting schedule and quality requirements
Demonstrate ability to effectively manage projects with a pipeline of sourcing activities and deliver on associated timelines
Adopt and utilize Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management tools and reporting mechanisms.
Provide necessary visibility to Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management leaders; escalate issues appropriately.
Proactively maintain and build expertise by staying informed of industry trends and technology shifts
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience
BA/BS in business, finance, supply chain management/applicable field or equivalent work experience

Salary Pay Range
Minimum :
102,400 USDMaximum :
162,600 USDPay Transparency Statement: Alight considers a variety of factors in determining whether to extend an offer of employment and in setting the appropriate compensation level, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography.
