The Supply Chain Improvement Manager will be responsible for Innovation and Improvement into Operations area at Tate & Lyle LATAM.
Identifying and managing projects and opportunities transforming Tate & Lyle end-to-end process with better service to our customers.
He / She will be responsible to create better flows with innovation and curiosity. Have courage to identify problems and to suggests changes for the whole Operations Team (Costumer Service, Planning, Logistics, etc).
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage projects that improve the Supply Chain for the company, suppliers, and customers. These projects will improve Service to our customers, bring agility, reduce costs, and optimize Supply Chain.
- Using a combination of data and business understanding to turn data into insight, root causing issues, defining problems, and designing creative solutions
- Support projects of improvements and innovation
- Maintaining & developing insight reports to give visibility of how the Operations is performing and what we need to do to improve.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI and high-level modeling tools.
- Experience with SAP strongly preferred, mainly Reports
- Project management skills.
- Understanding of Supply Chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).
- Analytical and data modeling skills.
- Communication and influencing skills; mastery in English, Spanish and Portuguese
- Proven relationship management skills.
- APICS / CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Lean certification preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Logistics / Supply Chain required.
- 10 years in previous experience in Supply Chain, Measure KPIs, Project Manager, or similar field

- Fluent in English and intermediary Spanish
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Presentation skills
