Supply Chain performance in the Region and supporting reporting and communication towards Operations:
-Performance reporting
-Performance communication
-One-point of contact for Regional Ops
-Monitor performance, perform root-cause-counter-actions on all SBU Customer orders
-Monitor performance, perform root-cause-counter-actions on regional Supply Chain
Risk handling and mitigation of significant LPF cases:
-SOA process participation with Global
-Regional Risk identification
-Communication to Global
-Regional Risk mitigation
Others:
-Regional CIM Planning alignment
-Lead the definition & update of the safety stock levels to improve availability of parts and optimize inventory turns
-Lead and monitor the regional Kanban (Main Components) levels, ensuring their availability aligned with Global.
Qualifications
Masters degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, or Business Consultancy
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain planning especially within demand, supply, S&OP process & risk management process
Competencies
Good understanding on end-to-end Supply Chain and the impact on business due to Supply Chain dynamics
A profound understanding of and ability to develop in new environments, Matrix organisation. You possess a natural instinct for persistency and follow up
Demonstrate a high degree of analytics proficiency, be comfortable with working with ambiguity and communicate this with clarity
Demonstrates effective communication to all levels of the business, which requires good verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish, Portuguese as you will be part of a cross cultural organisation, which entails great stakeholder and change management skills
Basic commercial understanding
Experience in SAP MM, SD and APO as an end user
Solid understanding and experience of data sources & database and extraction
Constant exploration of best practices in Supply Chain planning and technology landscape
