As Supply Chain Specialist (Analytics) you will play a key regional role in Tate and Lyle. Reporting to the Head of Supply and Demand LATAM, you will be responsible for the performance, analysis, and data visualization pillar of the Supply Chain area throughout the Latin American region.
You will lead projects involving mapping, management, and visualization of data in the planning, procurement, logistics, customer service, quality and foreign trade.
The goal is to enhance performance management through valuable insights within an automated and visually efficient process.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Design / Development of Dashboards and reports, encompassing the entire process from extraction, processing, visualization, to automation.
- Maintain excellence in operational performance management.
- Conduct requirement gathering and process mapping to organize distinct data sources and reports.
- Restructure existing extractions and reports for process efficiency and insight generation.
- Participate in managing and tactical meetings for performance presentations.
- Responsible for proposing and implementing tools for internal use in the operations area, aiming to enhance data maturity and agility.
- Analytics & Alerts : Quantitative analysis, data mining and presentation of business metrics; identify drivers and build an end-to-end communication framework based on business value, effort and urgency.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business or related discipline.
- Expert domain of data analysis and data visualization tools and software such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar
- Direct experience or involvement in projects in the Supply Chain field.
- English and Spanish advanced or fluent is mandatory.
- Experience in Agile methodology, Project management or Lean Six Sigma.

- Python, R, or similar
