Salary range $90000 - $110000 a year (Depend upon experience)
Job Description:
• Cloverleaf Level I or higher certification – Required
• Epic Bridges Certified – Required. CEE 2020/NVT 2023 or more recent – Required.
• Deep and broad knowledge of the Cloverleaf Interface Engine – Required
• 7 plus years of healthcare application integration work experience
• Experience with Epic Bridges Interface Administration, Support and Upgrades - Required
• Knowledge of Unix commands and working within a UNIX environment - Required
• Shell scripting experience - Preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) - Preferred
• Familiarity working in a healthcare IT environment
• Self-motivated, strong self-starter and effective time management skills
• Project management, analysis, data processing skills
• Experience with Service Management software ServiceNow - Preferred
• Hands-on experience with Infor’s API Gateway and FHIR Bridge –
Preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Job Responsibilities
• Handles day-to-day operations for the Cloverleaf Interface Engine, Epic Bridges & other Integration Tools
• Participates in team and cross-team projects involving the Cloverleaf Interface Engine, Epic Bridges & other Integration Tools
• Responsible for leading multiple, simultaneous integration-based projects
• 24/7 on-call rotation
• Enhancement/Issue ticket management in ServiceNow
• Designs and documents changes/enhancements for existing or future-state integration specifications and processes
• May act as project lead to develop, program, and implement an application’s integration needs
• Communicates project status to management, including meeting minutes, project timelines and issue logs
• Works with customers to help develop their policies and procedures
• Contributes to the creation of training materials, documentation, and presentations
• Ensures on-going data integrity by devising means to identify issues and resolve those issues with application owner approval (including Epic's Interface Error Work Queues)
• Learns and understands project scope relating to application integration to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement
• Produces detailed, standardized documented instructions for implementation as part of the change control process.
• Participates in current and future directions of the industry while maintaining awareness of new technologies to assist in the planning and design of new and current projects
• Mentors (trains and assists) in the development of new personnel as needed
