SalárioResponsibility Description
1. Take the responsibility of Income Tax calculation and control (including DTA/DTL management)
2. Responsible to prepare and submit all ancillary obligations regarding Income Tax
3. Strong capability on Transfer Pricing management including rules application and calculation
4. Responsible to attend accounting audit, establish and monitor action plan to solve any tax issue on the audit report
5. Provide strong support on Tax Assessment providing accurate information and support documents
6.Strong tax legislation interpretation and analysis to support tax consultancy on daily works related to CIT deductibility
7. Capability on IFRS accounting rules considering tax impacts according to the Brazilian legislation
8. Experienced of Innovation Law benefit application and report
9. Good knowledge on IOF Tax legislation and applications on new financial operations studies
10. Strong background on Withholding Tax rules applications
Professional Knowledge
1. Know about finance including IFRS, finance analysis, tax，sales financing, treasury etc.
2. Some Knowledge about direct tax planning
3. Direct Tax (including TP rules, current and deferred tax calculation) experience;
4. Accounting rules and IFRS impacts on tax environment;
5.Keep a good communication with related Dept. and external firm etc.
Business Skills

Other Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in accounting is required, Masters preferred
2. CPA certification prefered
3. Listen, speak, read, write smoothly in English, Portuguese
4. Skilled in Office including PPT, Excel, Word, E-mail etc.
