That’s why Caterpillar offers recent graduates the opportunity to explore various areas within our IT Development Program (ITDP). The ITDP provides program participants with the opportunity to advance their technical and leadership skills through challenging assignments across multiple areas of the business. Each ITDP participant has a unique program experience and will work on different teams over a three-year period, with project assignments lasting 6-12 months. This allows program participants to diversify their technical skills and build their professional network.
