As a Tendering and Project Manager for Electrification Business Area in Seoul, South Korea, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting competitive tenders, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring accurate and right level of cost accumulation and give an offer to sales in order to maximize ABB winning possibility by proper knowledge of product and application
• Ensuring that the project follows best practices and ABB policies. Effectively monitoring and controlling project progress. Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow
• Identifying, qualifying, quantifying and managing risk and ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued. Capturing, analyzing and sharing lessons learned throughout the project
• Ensuring that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with ABB policies and contractual agreements
• Acting as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicating with all stakeholders
• Ensuring the project follows and complies with company health, safety and environmental policies

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in university preferred, majoring in Electrical Engineering preferred, but other majors are acceptable
• Minimum 5 years experiences in Tendering, Engineering or Project management
• Strong technical background in medium voltage switchgear and distribution system
• Strong capacity for rapid learning and adaptability to the competitive market
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in both written and oral English at a fluent or intermediate level required
