Responsible for field force, training, promotions, incentives and marketing channels that support consumer sales. Your Key Responsibilities: Develop a communication strategy for all types of points of sale and perform visual merchandising. Carry out the product launch by creating a unique communication strategy to ensure the correct positioning of the brand and key messages for the end consumer Develop the strategy for retailers for a better distribution of the product mix through a good relationship with the main retailers, as well as a very robust cluster study (store mapping). Implement global strategy in the Brazilian market. Respond to information provided by field, with a focus on retail, bringing market information, such as product price, launch, competitor actions, market and sales. Lead & manage trade agencies for promoters, training, Leadership Communication, incentives and events. Provide marketing planning to support initiatives, trends and investments. Manage the department's budget. Ensure ROI and post-mortem campaign evaluations for commercial marketing actions. Take care of merchandise materials Perform other tasks related to the position and/or determined by the company. Main Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar. MBA or further specialization recommended Large experience within Trade Marketing Good experience within people management Good experience managing trade agencies Advanced or Fluent English Information & Locations: Brazil, São Paulo, SP Hybrid format
