JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Transportation Analyst JR will help evaluate distribution and transportation operations, in freight payables, transportation accounting and data maintenance.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Perform data entry updates in spreadsheets and ERP databases.
• Resolve Payment Issues with Carriers.
• Under minimal supervision, performs the Freight Audit Payments activities.
• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Provide support to Carriers by answering questions on requests that are in progress.
• Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in course in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, International Relations, and similar areas
• Advantage proficiency in English
• Experience in Invoice Payment process will be consider a differential.
• Knowledge in ERP/ SAP, JDE will be consider a differential
• Build partnerships and collaborate with others to meet shared objectives.
