Job TitleUI UX Designer Junior Job Description

We are looking for a UX designer with experience in both enterprise and consumer software with experience working within an agile development approach. Through this experience, you’ve cracked the code on how to present and defend your design recommendations within a fast paced, technically-minded environment.

Your role:

• Develop and use appropriate visualization skills (sketching, prototyping and specification) to define and communicate data design and interaction concepts.
• Create effective and appropriate visual languages by understanding the meaning and effect of these on the brand, audience, market and culture.
• Communicating & influencing skills
• You are open minded, believing that designers are not the only source of creativity as you embrace a multi-disciplinary process that is sensitive to user needs and human factors.
• You are also happy to dive into the challenges that come with a company in transformation and want to help accelerate that positive change. You are transparent and collaborative and believe that teaming up is the best way to solve complex problems.
• You use appropriate and effective communicating & influencing skills to build relationships with teams and key decision makers and achieve the best solutions.
• · Communicate ideas clearly and persuasively at an individual and group level.
• · Build relationships and appropriately influence relevant internal teams and direct business contacts to achieve short- and long-term goals.
• · Excited to work with colleagues from a variety of backgrounds

. You're the right fit if you have:
1. Professional experience as a UX UI design.
2. Knowlegde in sistems usability.
3. High education in Design or similar.
4. Experience in healthcare sistems would be preferable.
