As a User Experience Designer II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user experience goals and requirements. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-centric designs that meet user needs and business objectives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the user experience of Honeywell products and applications, driving innovation and ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our customers. You will report directly to our Design Manager and you'll work out of our Mexicali, Mexico location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user experience goals and requirements - Create intuitive and user-centric designs that meet user needs and business objectives - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience design
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

YOU MUST
Bachelor's degree IT or related degree
2-3 years of experience UI/UX enterprise applications
Some design portfolio or concepts and commercialized products experience
Fluent with design sketching and prototyping tools, e.g., Axure, Balsamiq, Visio, etc
Excellent collaboration and teamwork attitude.
Proficient user experience design skills, e.g., customer journey map, experience diagramming, task analysis, workflow design, etc.
WE VALUE
Some experience with observational research and usability testing
Graduate degree in user experience design, human factors, interaction design or related discipline.
Some experience with design trends, benchmarking, forecasting and concept creation
Some experience with project planning, scoping and execution in a phase-gate and/or agile environment
