We're excited to announce an opening for a talented and experienced remote UX/UI Designer to be a part of our incredible design team. Our focus is on e-commerce stores, and if your expertise lies in creating compelling, user-friendly e-commerce experiences, you're exactly who we've been searching for!
As our UX/UI Designer, you will be entrusted with:
- Conducting Research: Delving into both qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points.
- Designing A/B Tests and Collaborating with the Team: Crafting wireframes and prototypes for A/B tests using tools like Figma, and working closely with the development team to bring these designs to life.
- Redesigning Whole E-commerce Websites: Overhauling existing e-commerce sites to improve user experience, enhance visual appeal, and ultimately boost conversion rates.
- Crafting Visuals and Designs for Internal Purposes: Producing engaging designs and visuals that support our internal branding, marketing, and communication efforts.

What we expect from you:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on e-commerce.
- The ability to dedicate 40 hours per week (160 hours per month) to our projects.
- Availability during the critical hours of 13:00 - 15:00 CET Time (Mon-Fri) for team collaboration and updates.
- Proficiency in English for seamless communication, both written and spoken.
- The skill to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A solid grasp of design tools like Figma, as well as an understanding of web design and usability principles.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and engaging visuals for a variety of uses.
We'll begin with a one-month mutual assessment period at a half-time workload and salary. Following this phase, we're ready to fully commit to our collaboration.
