- Fraud and value added services Platforms As the Vice President for Fintechs & Enablers you will be challenged with identifying new opportunities within a portfolio of key regional accounts. This includes on-boarding new customers, defining and executing the Enablers Strategy, identifying cross-sell and 1:many opportunities; all with the objective of revenue diversification and digital payments expansion. As key member of the Fintech & Enablers LAC Business Development team, you are required to prepare account plans, support the development and execution of account strategies, structuring proposals and manage the execution activities relating to the activation of new products, joint reselling and marketing activity or service with the customer, mentor and hep grow the team, be a reference for all the fintech teams in Latin America and the Caribbean. The role will also be in charge of the Latin America and Caribbean regional strategy for enablers, and will manage key fintech programs that have been rolled out in the region. Other Responsibilities - Manage a set of strategic Regional and Global Fintech & Enablers accounts
- Work with customers on their onboarding, commercial agreements, launch and growth of their portfolios and
- Manage regional accounts P&L
- Drive new revenue through existing account expansion and new account development
- Be the voice of Mastercard’s Fintech, drive thought leadership and support our customers plans
- Develop reseller and 1 to many approaches, scaling the offer and distribution of our products and solutions
- Manage key fintech programs like NEP (Network Enablement Program, Fintech Express)
- Influence and lead projects around the Fintech Strategy in LAC
- Lead/grow a small team All About You - Have advanced account management experience
- Deep knowledge about the innovation ecosystem in LAC as well as Fintech trends
- Be customer centric (former account management is a plus)
- Continually look at the market and competition to see what is happening
- Look for complementary products or services that can also help the customer
- Be skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly
- Be able to communicate your vision and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders
- Always look for potential solutions to solve problems
- Advanced degree preferred
- Previous payment processor, payfac, gateway preferred
