Job Description As the Vice President of Brazil Sales at Epsilon, you will lead our sales division in Brazil, aligning local initiatives with Epsilon's global strategies. This role, based in São Paulo, is pivotal in driving Epsilon's market presence and revenue growth in the Brazilian market.
We’ve operated in Brazil for under 3 years and have grown rapidly, quickly becoming our #2 market in the region and on track to become #1. You’d lead a team of 5 amazing professionals in Client and Business Development and will be tasked with almost doubling our team next year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead, manage, and develop the Brazil sales team in line with Epsilon's vision.
- Market Strategy Development: Craft and execute sales strategies tailored to Brazil, a key growth market for Epsilon.
- Sales Targets Achievement: Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Team Expansion and Development: Manage and expand the sales team, nurturing top talent.
- Market Representation: Represent Epsilon in Brazil, establishing strong business relationships.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to ensure unified business strategies.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Revenue Growth: Surpass revenue goals in the Brazilian market.
- Client Retention and Satisfaction: Maintain high client satisfaction, enhancing Epsilon's reputation.
- Proven leadership in sales, especially in Brazil.
- 8+ years in marketing technology or advertising.
- 15+ years in overall experience.
- Deep understanding of Brazilian business practices and culture.
- Expertise in team management and sales strategy execution.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
