We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented marketing/Social Media manager Virtual Assistant to provide support to our client's marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in various marketing tasks, such as Social Media management, email marketing, content creation, and data analysis. Responsibilities; Create and manage Social Media content calendars and schedules, ensuring at least 3 posts per week; Develop consistent posting boosts alogorithm; Increase Instagram and Facebook engagement; Develop and execut video content strategy for Instagram and Facebook platforms; Increase lead generation through Social Media; Establish KPIs for Social Media metrics; Monitor and analyze Social Media analytics; Monitor Social Media accounts, respond to inquiries and comments, and engage with followers; Assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns, including drafting and designing email newsletters and promotions; Manage email lists and perform list segmentation and optimization; Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences; Create and edit content for various marketing channels, such as blog posts, Social Media posts, and email newsletters; Analyze marketing data and prepare reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement; Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred but not mandatory; At least 3 years of experience in marketing or related field; Strong communication and writing skills; Experience with marketing and Social Media management tools; Experience with Google and Meta business ads; Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines; Benefits Work from home; Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hours a week); Mon - Fri.
