Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive System Issue Analyst (temporary), who will be responsible to analyze incoming technical issues related to our customers. Will lead the compensation to customer and analysis to enable fact-based communication and decision making on many different levels.
This position is based in Monte Mor, São Paulo.

What you will do
As a System Issue Analyst (temporary), you will:
- Analyze the problem, identifying root cause and involve responsible organizations.
- Analyze customer claims and provide compensation, according to claim policy.
- Analyze data and create statistics and reports on issues and claims to support business decision.
- Ensure data quality and share update on root cause and corrective actions taken.
- Support and coach the organization on process and tool utilization.
- Communicate on daily basis with our customers and collaborate internally to find solutions.
We believe you have
- Bachelor´s degree.
- Experience in quality analysis, data collection, and reporting
- Focus on quality is strong, you are structured and precise.
- Demonstrated customer focus and strive for customer satisfaction.
- Analytical approach and you are a well-organized person who enjoy problem solving.
- Technical interest and ability to go to the depth on issues. At the same you can think in a broader perspective with overview how things are connected.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate easily with others across boundaries. It is important that you are comfortable to work on your own in an independent way.
- Seek to be a part of an international team.
- Experience working with SAP and QuTIP
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional language skills would be a plus.
