Job Summary
The Sales Analyst provides analytical, administrative, planning, reporting and process support to the sales functions of the market/region. This includes understanding and supporting the product sales order process from order receipt through to invoicing/processing of retail sales recognition, resolving any issues arising during the process and responsible for Sales reporting activities.
The position will work closely with the market commercial organization, including the Managing Director and Field Sales Managers, to ensure greatest understanding of the businesses regarding product, promotion and systems and coordinate communication internally and to the local dealer network which involved working collaboratively and interactively with the Region and ensuring alignment across the market functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Issue credits, title documents and other related paperwork required as part of the sales process.
- Generate daily retail & wholesale reports. Audit, enter and follow sales status through relevant systems and communications with the Markets on a daily basis. Analyze data and raise potential concerns to internal stakeholders when needed.
- Responsibile for understanding the sales and operations planning process and how replenishment, new products, assortments and promotions drive wholesales and retail business.
- Monitor the motorcylce production planning and sales processes to ensure the integrity of each dealer is maintained from start to finish. Delivering tactical execution of the annual sales plan for Related Products.
- Support the MD to generate monthly regional retail/wholesale forecast in preparation for monthly Demand Planning Call through collaboration with internal team, Commercial Ops & external stakeholders and other administrative work related to the business.
- Proactively support the country teams and engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure that orders are being placed and shipments are being processed in a timely manner.
- Investigate, resolve and verify all system and physical issues that may arise during the sales order process through from shipment to dealer delivery/retail sales receipt.
- Support the market regarding all information on orders and product sales.
- Ensure Field and Sales teams are adequately informed of any relevant activities being undertaken.

- Typically requires related experience.
- Sales and administrative background, with ability to operate on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Macro’s and formulas
Preferred
- SAP experience and aptitude desired
- Awareness of logistics, customer service and supply chain operations
- English intermediary to advanced
