Plan and implement proactive promotional activities for the assigned target audience in Belo Horizonte city (consultants, design institutes, engineering/architect offices, authorities etc.) in order to create the market demand and need for the features/products (medium voltage products, low voltage products and electrical automation solutions). Build long term customer relationships and identify and develop sales opportunities by introducing, presenting and educating the target audience about ABB products and tools.

Your responsibilities
- Collaborate with potential customers aiming to Influence and build product specifications for ABB products since the early
- stages of the demand until the end of the bid process.
- Establishes and maintains effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their current and
- future needs and to ensure the customer has a good understanding of the full ABB product/systems/services offering, features and benefits.
- Prepares plans for visits and performs regular status reviews, including the analysis and output of the target audience
- visits.
- Communicate the opportunities to the interested internal ABB stakeholders (sales , channel and segment teams) and
- engage the team to develop the new business until its closing stage.
- Implements proactive promotional activities for the customer target group, including e.g. technical presentations,
- demonstrations, seminars and education material.
- Act as a team player and develops technical, commercial, and behavioral competencies of yourself and your colleagues.
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering.
- Experience in the technical area with one or more of the following medium and low voltage products and solutions (e.g.: switchgears, switch breakers, contactors, electrical panels, electrical and building automation, protection and distribution equipment).
- Strategic mapping and prospecting of projects and opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Expertise in business opportunity pipeline management (previous experience with CRM tool Salesforce is desirable).
- Advanced English (most of the time for writing and reading).
- Availability to travel to visit clients.
