What You’ll Do
As an HR Assistant, you will support the team, working with employee service, changing registration data, compensation and benefits, personnel administration, etc.
Key Responsibilities
· Develops a strong understanding of the client's organization.
· Has good communication skills to be able to respond to employees queries through tickets chats.
· Update employee records.
· Meet SLAs around Timeliness and Quality.
· Knowledge of HR talent acquisition processes.
Preferred experience:
· Workday HRM experience (Workflow systems like ServiceNow, Zendesk etc. would be added advantage).
· Intermediate/advanced English and Spanish.
