What you will do:

1. Author and leverage marketing team to create key strategy documents: strategic plan, annual marketing plan, product launch plans, etc
2. Surface new or unexpressed customer needs, leading to product/program improvements
3. Adhere to organizational protocols, practices, and procedures for gathering competitive information
4. Drive segmentation and targeting methods to improve commercial efficiency
5. Develop pricing approach consistent with the marketing strategy and brand positioning
6. Accurately forecast resource needs
7. Establish metrics and goals/success criteria and milestones
8. Demonstrate financial acumen
9. Hold self and others accountable to deliver high-quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities
10. Mentor, develop and inspire others
11. Collaborate and influence others on cross-functional teams, advancing partnerships to achieve business objectives
12. Develop key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, organizations, and institutions, in collaboration with other marketing leaders

What you need:

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

1. Bachelor’s degree required
2. English skills

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):

1. MBA preferred
2. Medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred
3. Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
6. Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
7. Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
8. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

Work Flexibility

Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of the time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.

Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of the time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.

Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.

Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
