Tasks
We are seeking an experienced Digital Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand creative assets for a variety of media, marketing, and sales-driven initiatives.
As a B2B Digital Graphic Designer, you are a hands-on visual designer who turns tactical business needs into creative vision and engaging, world-class designs. You are driven to design brand stories that connect with customers across a variety of channels such as paid media, web, and experiential. You are entrepreneurial, have a keen eye for aesthetics and have proven experience in working efficiently for flawless completion of your projects.
You will be responsible for championing the brand s visual identity and maintaining consistency of the brand aesthetic across social media, web, experiential, print and video.
Responsibilities
- Serve as brand ambassador by implementing brand review of all creative projects produced by internal and external teams and championing the adoption of brand guidelines and other brand resources.
- Concept and design executions across mediums including video, digital, social, event signage, direct mail and more.
- Deep understanding of digital, social, and emerging mediums to translate our brand(s) vision into engaging executions on visual platforms (e.g., Tik Tok, Instagram, etc.)
- Create fresh marketing assets such as video, presentation decks, infographics, email, digital ads, social media posts, website content and printed marketing assets for conferences and tradeshows
- Concept and develop video content for digital ads, events and more
- Mobile app design
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years of experience working for B2B brands. Bonus if that experience was with a tech brand
- Advanced-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign
- Experienced in mobile app design
- Must have a portfolio that shows unique and eye-catching creative direction
- An entrepreneurial spirit that is energetic, positive, and resourceful
- Impeccable attention to detail, excellent art direction and design sensibility
- Ability to work independently and methodically to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English and comfortable interfacing with senior-level team members
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to proactively suggest innovative ideas, creative concepts, and design solutions
- Strong understanding of digital and social platforms
