You will be responsible for the entire design process, from trend research and concept development to creating technical specifications and overseeing production. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field (preferred) Minimum 2-5 years of experience designing hosiery or similar products Previous experience working B2B, with Startup companies and American Clients. Professional English Level. Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills Strong understanding of fashion trends and consumer preferences in the hosiery market Excellent sketching and illustration skills, preferably combined with proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator) Strong knowledge of hosiery construction techniques and materials Must be proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop. Strong sketching and hand illustration skills along with technical print knowledge including print techniques, and rotary repeats. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Prior experience with licensed brands and licensed apparel. Have strong sketching abilities: hand sketching as well computer illustrated sketches Create original seasonal prints/screen art and worksheets. Should have strong time management skills, able to multitask and meet deadlines. Ability to communicate clearly, with attention to detail.
