Description and Requirements

The Global B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for

  • Coordinate strategy, development, and optimization of global integrated marketing campaigns focused on key Motorola B2B offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, product marketing, sales, creative department, external agencies, and partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives. Provide guidance and support to regional and country marketing teams, offering direction, training, and resources as needed.
  • Leverage CRM, marketing automation and other relevant touchpoints on the buying journey to develop lead generation , account-based marketing and engagement programs. Oversee the development, implementation and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights for optimization of content and channels . Ensure m easure ment and report ing of marketing initiatives to senior management, highlighting key metric s, achievements and recommendations .
  • Act as an advocate for B2B marketing organization, gathering support and ensuring alignment from multiple internal marketing and product stakeholders at global and geographies level.
  • Serve as trusted advisor for B2B sales and marketing organizations across different geographies, creating and executing marketing campaigns and collateral to support relevant deals and customer engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and marketing trends, and apply them to enhance marketing strategies and tactics.

Position Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
  • Advanced English , Spanish is a plus
  • 8+ years of experience in branding, B2B marketing, content marketing , and global marketing campaigns
  • Executive presentations in English (creating and presenting) and excellent negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to work with virtual teams that are geographically spread

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus
  • Proven expertise in B2B marketing in device (smartphone, PC, handheld, etc) industry ; ABM expertise is a plus .
  • Experience working with cross functional teams (e.g., product marketing, PR, CX, etc)
  • Experience working with customer journey, market insights, and content strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement and govern processes, procedures, and policies. Innovative and creative, ability to engage others regarding new ideas and projects
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity, communication abilities, and proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms are also highly valued in this role
