Marketing Strategy and Implementation Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the Brazilian market to align with business objectives. Define market segmentation, target audience, and product positioning; customize Sales and Marketing presentations to drive sales. Create marketing materials and lead activation efforts to achieve volume, revenue, and brand preference goals. Strengthen LONGi Solar's brand and product messaging through active participation in solar conferences, exhibitions, and events. Develop the annual marketing budget, oversee spending allocation, and adjust quarterly to meet evolving market demands. Establish relationships with at least three local media outlets in key regions to reinforce LONGi's brand messaging. Identify and assess local marketing events to support sales and the company's business plan. Assist in the execution of large-scale exhibitions and events in Brazil. Collaborate with local solar associations and industry forums to gather professional insights for business opportunities. Prepare reviews, reports, and presentations for the Management team. 2. Co-Marketing with Brazilian Distribution Channels Work closely with the Brazilian Channel Marketing Manager, Sales, and Technical Marketing teams. Ensure all co-marketing activities align with LONGi's brand guidelines, messaging, and agreed-upon budget. Establish efficient communication channels and work processes with LONGi Marketing team members and Product Management teams. Position Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related marketing field. Minimum of 5 years of previous marketing experience, with preference given to candidates with knowledge of the solar industry. Profound understanding of the dynamics and trends in Brazil's PV market. Solid knowledge of the silicon, solar, storage, and energy industries. Willingness to travel and represent the company at international industry events. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in business communication English. Strong organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple project priorities and deadlines. Experience in marketing management and collaboration with diverse, culturally varied teams across multiple locations. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment, effectively managing conflicts and navigating ambiguities. Highly organized and proficient with Microsoft Office 365, along with strong project management skills.
