About the Role

Reporting to the Manager of Business Intelligence, this role will partner closely with Growth, Product, and Data Engineering teams to deliver actionable insights and act as a thought leader for data at Rocket Lawyer.

• In support of Customer Satisfaction and Engagement teams, design and run A/B tests to determine winning marketing campaigns. Apply learnings from these results to drive strategic recommendations and improve retention metrics
• Deliver comprehensive business insights by constructing new KPIs, data pipelines, and dashboards at scale, enhancing our overall understanding of the business
• Support revenue and cost model assumptions related to customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and unit economics
• Act as a strategic thought partner to stakeholders, helping to identify growth opportunities and execute hypothesis testing at velocity
• Employing data governance best practices, maintaining and optimizing KPIs, dashboards, and code

• 2+ years of experience with business analysis and problem-solving by drawing insights from large data sets
• Prior experience working directly with product managers or embedded within a product team
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Logical, analytical thinker with business acumen
• Significant expertise with Google Analytics 4
• Proficient in SQL and experience with orchestration tools (i.e. Airflow)
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc)
• Experience with data warehousing, and data pipelining solutions a plus
• Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering, finance, economics, or quantitative field

• Experience launching new products, A/B testing, and feature measurement
• Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms
• Familiarity with Python (or equivalent) and GitHub
