At a time of growth and diversification of its product portfolio, a Financial Services company is looking for a new commercial leader for its wealth solutions unit.
As Area Manager, your main challenge is to improve the relationship with the existing customer base, as well as identify strategic opportunities to introduce new financial products.
Main responsabilities:
Develop commercial strategy for the financial product in alignment with other business verticals, seeking synergy and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base;
Manage strategic information with the CRM and Customer Experience teams, aiming to propose assertive approaches to customers;
Structure and execute the Go To Market plan according to the goals of new customers;
Manage sales goals and indicators for the area;
Identify and analyze market trends to feed back the sales strategy;
Implement and monitor sales performance indicators, aiming to guarantee the area’s growth plan.
Requiriments:
Experience in a Financial Services company, preferably in consortium and insurance;
Experience in strategic sales planning;
Solid knowledge of the financial market for consultative action withclients.
