What You'll Do
As a Consultant or Project Leader, you will be a core member of our Climate & Sustainability Practice and will work alongside some of the world's top minds in the area.
To solve our clients' problems, you will be given end-to-end responsibility within significant climate and sustainability related projects. You will develop state-of-the-art strategic approaches and innovative solutions based on thorough fact-based analyses. You will work from strategy to execution, on different climate and sustainability complex matters, in different industries.
For example, you will work to:
- Develop and implement sustainable finance strategies, setting ambitious targets for sustainable investments.
- Activate partnerships to support sustainability goals, including defining a decarbonization path for key resources.
- Develop a sustainability financing framework based on Net Zero targets and facilitate the issuance of sustainability-linked bonds.
What You'll Bring
- Have 5 to 12 years of experience in green investment banks, Financial Institutions, or working on green finance projects in major consulting firm.
- Deep expertise and knowledge across Climate & Sustainability topics in Financial Institutions, with a special focus on such topics as Sustainable Finance Strategies, Decarbonization Pathways, Sustainability Partnerships, and Net Zero Target Frameworks.
- Have experience actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agenda
- Have the interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations set you apart
- Be a collaborative team player with positive attitude, high ethical standards and experienced in international work
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, in addition to a strong presence and leadership skills
