What You'll Do
As a Consultant or Project Leader within BCG's Health Care Practice Area, you will be a core member of our practice working alongside some of the world's top minds in the industry shaping the future of the Healthcare industry.
You will collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds, advising Healthcare clients on a variety of topics, such as:
- Establishing a digital incubator developing AI & digital projects for a global Biopharma
- Transforming "from IT to Digital" a Biopharma company
- Designing a mRNA strategy for a Vx player
- Developing an oncology strategy for a mid-size BioPharmaCo
- Integrating a Biotech in a mid-size BioPharmaCo
- Structuring a coordinated global response to drive equitable access to effective & affordable therapeutics for a global charitable foundation
Joining BCG's consulting team within our Paris Health Care center you will be at the heart of innovation and changes ongoing today to achieve fundamental impact for our clients.
You will significantly contribute to the practice's ambitious growth target.
You will be based in France. Travel is expected and will vary based on project needs.
What You'll Bring
We are looking for exceptional talents to join us. You would typically:
- Have at least 5 years of experience working with a leading health care strategy consulting firm or industry player focused on health care
- Have experience actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agenda
- Have the interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations set you apart
- Be a collaborative team player with positive attitude, high ethical standards and experienced in international work
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, in addition to a strong presence and leadership skills
