As a Consulting Sales Manager for Kuona, you will be at the forefront of our efforts in Mexico City, focusing on Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands and retailers. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, establishing strong relationships, and driving growth within this vital market. In this remote role, you will need to engage in regular travel to meet with clients. Please note that only candidates located in Mexico City or the State of Mexico (EDOMEX) will be considered. We require candidates to have a proven track record in sales of services.
Candidate must be local to Sao Paolo or Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Candidate must have proven experience in sales of consulting services or RGM proven experience, will not consider other candidates.
Candidate must have previous experience in McKinsey, BCG, or Bain type of companies.
Key Responsibilities:
This role will serve as an expert on our internal tool and help us advocate for our internal AI platform in front of potential clients.
Industry Experience: Demonstrate prior experience in consumer companies and a deep understanding of service-oriented businesses that cater to major retail chains in Mexico.
Network Building: Develop and leverage a robust network within sales, purchasing, relationship management, and analytics domains.
Personality: We seek an extroverted, energetic individual with a lively personality who exudes enthusiasm for sales and service.
Leadership: Showcase proven experience in managerial or supervisory roles, highlighting strong leadership and team management skills.
Presentation Skills: Exhibit excellent presentation skills, coupled with a high-energy, passionate approach to service delivery.
Sales Tools Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing sales tools, sales management systems, scoring systems, and customer profiling tools. Show the ability to conduct market research and generate innovative ideas.
Tech-Savvy: Display comfort with technology, including mobile devices and LinkedIn, with an aptitude for adapting to various sales-related software and tools.
Provider Relationships: Possess a deep understanding of technology providers and optimal route transmission within the industry.
Adaptability: While prior knowledge of AI or Business Intelligence is not mandatory, candidates should be fast learners and open to acquiring knowledge about our AI technology and solutions.
Aptitude: Showcase an ability to understand complex technology solutions and effectively communicate their benefits.
Travel: Be available for occasional travel to meet with clients and partners in various locations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant work experience can also compensate for formal education.
Must have Previous Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, or business consulting experience.
Will fast-forward all candidates with previous experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
Sales Training: Certification or training in sales techniques, negotiation, and customer relationship management would be advantageous.
Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and industry insights to make informed sales decisions.
Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial concepts such as pricing, profit margins, and budget management.
Strategic Thinking: The capacity to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and drive business growth.
