As a Customer Experience Professional at Honeywell Industrial Automation, in Katowice, Poland, you will be responsible for Order to Cash process, ensure performance standards are met and maintained to achieve the business objectives and reach a high customer satisfaction index. Supporting customers from various countries across Europe will give you a chance to use your language capabilities on day-to-day basis. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key requirements
- Pre-Order Entry: Gather and provide timely customer information, maintain data, and handle special requests
- Order Entry: Efficiently process customer orders, resolve issues, and schedule as needed.
- Backlog Management: Liaison between departments, facilitate issue resolution, and manage orders effectively
- Claims Management: Handle disputes and financial claims, ensuring swift resolution
- Continuous Improvement & HOS: Apply process improvements and support automation projects
- Taking ownership on creating and maintaining complex orders for Projects Team
- Transformational Projects, Process Maintenance, Training & Audit: Provide training, support quality audits, and drive team improvement
Key skills and qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
- 3+ years Customer Support and/or equivalent in supply chain / order management / OtC related experience
- Strong knowledge/experience with CRM/ERP system business processes
- High level of MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
