The Opportunity

For our Core Diagnostics Division we are currently looking for a motivated, people-oriented person to join our great Customer Service team in Warsaw as a Customer Service Specialist (Order Entry). This is an office-based role requiring regular presence in our office in Warsaw, Mokotow.


Impact of the role:

  • Operates under Abbott Policies and procedures. 
  • Ensures that orders and customer orders are performed accurately. 
  • Processes customer orders.

 
What You'll do:

  • Responsible for the processing of orders through a standard Order Entry system.
  • Responsible for handling incoming customer orders (E-Mail, electronic orders).
  • Provides logistical counsel to dedicated sales representative and customers.
  • Support customers in case of questions regarding orders, logistics, pricing, invoicing.
  • Responsible for control of delivery, compliant handling and problem solving.
  • Responsible for  back order handling - reservations for critical products and information  to customers.
  • Responsible for maintenance of  standing orders.
  • Ensure professional support for cross Division shared service responsibilities.
  • Responsible for purchase chain of third party purchases.

Required qualifications and background:

  • University degree.
  • Min. 2 year experience on the similar position.
  • Strong communications skills both verbal (incl. telephone) and written.
  • Patience and the ability to deal with crisis situations are essential.
  • Good MS Office knowledge; min. basic level of Excel knowledge.
  • Customer oriented mindset.
  • Leadership skills will be the advantage.
  • Polish language native, English – good.
  • Strong team player.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model (4 days per week from the office).
