Your responsibilities:
• Recognize, develop and implement innovative solutions and projects that are aligned with Marketing Team to expand our share of mind in the Marketing;
• Deeply understand strategic accounts and the environment through a robust diagnosis with the UX Team, mapping their interests, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and unmet needs through a co-creation project in close collaboration with the field team;;
• Identifying opportunities in the patient journey and working to minimize barriers, disseminate trustful and balance scientific and technical information to the customers, contributing to the best value proposition comprehension;
• Ensure end-to-end understanding of all projects (internally and externally), ensuring complete clarity and approvals in accordance with the Novartis compliance policy;
• Have a deep knowledge on Immunology environment and implement a powerful, effective and concise value proposition, strengthening to the Immunology area in the Private Market;
• Responsible for working in partnership with the in-field team (Access, MSL's, Sales Team), identifying, mapping, engaging and managing key stakeholders from the top customers and co-create projects within the real pains diagnosed;
• Establish effective working relationships with external customers through value solutions that provide benefits and can improve impact the patients journey in a framework of sustainability and efficiency to the system;
• Develop and implement account strategy and action plans, accordingly to business goals and prioritization;
• Guarantee all projects and interactions follow local legislation and are under global and local compliance standards of Novartis translated through its polices, guidelines and code of conduct;
