Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email (only)
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate and useful information
  • Provide first-level technical support for customer inquiries and issues
  • Document customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • You can speak, read and write in English (advanced)
  • The ability to work autonomously and drive your performance and development is essential in this role.
  • Team player who can jump in and support the team on a variety of topics and tasks.
  • Crazy about self-development, reflective, and open to challenges.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot software issues
  • Strong interest in learning and understanding the e-commerce industry
  • Required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as "on-call" on a rotational basis
  • The ideal candidate should have a flexible schedule
  • Experience selling on Etsy (or other e-commerce experience) is a strong plus
